Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were simple, clean, and spacious, with amazing views of the volcano. The property's location is perfect for exploring different sides of Arenal. The service was outstanding, with very helpful and friendly staff. The dining options offered a good variety of delicious choices. My only issue was with the location not being very convenient without a car and some minor dining mishaps.
